We specialise in producing smoked foods naturally, in the picturesque coastal town of Ballycastle in Co. Antrim.
We recently joined the international Économusée network of open artisan workshops, so you can visit us in our 'micro-smokery' and find out more about what we do!
We produce award-winning smoke-roasted organic salmon, smoked sea salt, and smoked dulse seaweed, smoked black pepper, smoked rapeseed oil and smoked trout.
You can shop online, find us at a local market, visit us, book a tour/workshop, or buy from one of our stockists.

Visit Antrim Glens - The Cultural Heart of the Causeway Coastal Route
Antrim Glens Tourism is a network of tourism providers across the nine Glens of Antrim and surrounding Gateways to the Glens area working together to help promote the Glens of Antrim and the Causeway Coastal Route as a tourist destination.
Naturally North Coast and Glens is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing an award winning roaming market in and around the North Coast and Glens region of Northern Ireland.
This is a true community market where the emphasis is on local support, good food and local produce, and handmade merchandise crafted with love by dedicated artisans who are passionate about what they do and love to talk about their unique ware.
These markets are a fantastic showcase of our local culture, heritage and traditions, a perfect destination for anyone searching for an authentic experience.
The Économusée (Artisan Workshop) project provides a network for artisans to develop and combine culture, craft and tourism, creating an economic interacting platform from which these artists can encourage the promotion and development of traditional crafts, involving local communities and creating new job opportunities, in some instances allowing younger family members to share, develop and enhance the crafts and techniques of their ancestors.
The workshops are open all year round with artisans offering tailored individual and pre-booked group tours and are an ideal suitable wet weather attraction.
