Local rainbow trout, cured with Ruairidh’s special blend of pure sea salts, raw sugars and relaxation, before being smoked and roasted over beech wood.


Double Pack Smoke-roasted Trout, (min 200g)

Ingredients: Rainbow Trout (fish), Sea Salt, Sugar, Beech Wood Smoke.

Storage: Keep refrigerated from 1-5oC or keep frozen below -18oC.

Eat within two days of opening.

    Perfect for picnics! It is ready to eat, straight from the packet.

    For an easy, healthy meal, simply serve cold with a salad, or put it together with wheaten bread, creamy coleslaw and a beetroot relish…an absolutely delicious and healthy combination.
